One Month

An Urgent call for a One Month cease fire!

- Give the citizens of Gaza and Sderot a break -

Q: Who are we?

A: We are a group of ordinary citizens from Gaza and Sderot who are tired of the ongoing violence. Two of us have a joint blog.

Q: What are we asking for?

A: We are asking for one month of cease fire between the two sides.

Q: Why?

A: Because our leaders are caught in a spiral of violence that isn’t leading anywhere. We hope that a month of quiet will allow them to escape this trap and find a new path.

Q: Why will our leaders listen to us?

A: By demonstrating that ordinary citizens from both sides can find ways to work together, we are setting an example. It is sad that we need to set an example for our leaders, but this is the current reality. We hope they will follow our example.
